Today was my last day at COTA. I was going to stay on through the end of the year but the offices are closed next week so today was the end instead. My 5 year anniversary was Wednesday, so I did get my little glass plaque.
My start date at the new thing is Dec 31 for insurance reasons but I don’t report for work until Jan 2, and COTA still owes me a full paycheck. The “not having to care about anything” is FANTASTIC.

IT/network nerd stuff. I had responsibility for all the track systems (timing, race control, etc) and a bunch of other stuff
